Mississauga, ON, November 26, 2025 – Pitcher & Doyle, Navacord Partners and recognized leader in insurance solutions for the automotive dealership industry, is pleased to announce its upcoming amalgamation with Unity Managing Underwriters and Armis Insurance Solutions, which will take effect December 1, 2025.

The newly combined entity will operate under the Pitcher & Doyle name, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of all three businesses. This strategic amalgamation brings together complementary organizations with shared values, aligned product offerings, and a deep commitment to client service. The expanded Pitcher & Doyle will offer a more comprehensive suite of insurance and underwriting solutions, particularly within the dealership space, while maintaining the personalized service clients have come to trust from each business.

Founded in 1980 and based in Mississauga, Pitcher & Doyle is a trusted provider of insurance programs tailored to the dealership industry. Known for managing the Preferred Dealer Protection Program, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering industry-specific underwriting expertise and long-term value to clients.

Unity Managing Underwriters, established in 1997 and based in Toronto, specializes in creditor group insurance as well as group and individual Life and Accident & Health lines. Unity provides managing general underwriting, third-party claims administration, product development, and consulting services to insurers and financial institutions across Canada.

Armis Insurance Solutions, based in Langley, British Columbia, is a managing general agent (MGA) focused on vehicle replacement insurance.
